Unemployment Quotas are calculated on the basis of

Quota 1: All civilian working people (liable to social insurance and part-time employed, government employees, unemployed, self-employed and assisting family members)

Quota 2: Dependant civilian working people (liable to social insurance and part-time employed, government employees, unemployed)
