Multifunctional conversion concept has already been partially implemented.
Planning work is in progress for changing how this area will be utilized, and already has certification and approval of the building plan for the front area.
First segment of development already completed.
Numerous industrial, business and service companies have already settled here employing together over 1000 workers.
A private investor group, Dommermuth/Dr. Pascher, has acquired the front part of this area and is implementing the development of a 4 pillar model:
